I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I brought my SUV in for what I thought would be a quick oil change, but it turned into a much-needed check-up after the mechanic found some other underlying issues that weren’t obvious to me. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and had coffee available, which made the wait more pleasant. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but they were very busy, and I could see that the team was working hard to keep up. I didn’t mind the wait too much because I felt confident in their expertise. Plus, my car runs like new now! I do think it would be helpful if they offered a loyalty program or discounts for returning customers, as I plan to come back regularly. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I'll be recommending them to all my friends in the area!

They took my concerns seriously and immediately performed a thorough inspection. What stood out to me was their detailed explanation of what was wrong and the various options I had. They didn't pressure me into unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. The work was done on time, and they even cleaned the interior of my car as a nice bonus! A small improvement could be to have a clearer timeline for estimated completion, as I had to ask about updates a couple of times. Nonetheless, I left feeling confident that my car was in great shape, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy and effective auto service! I appreciated their transparency and honesty regarding the costs, which were actually quite reasonable compared to other places I've been to. They had my car ready ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise! The only downside was that the waiting area could use some more comfortable seating. Overall, I definitely plan to return for any future repairs and recommend them to friends and family.
